Sardinian wildflower honey is typically Mediterranean maquis honey, therefore produced from the flowers of the most common wild plants on the island, such as heather, asphodel, thistles and rosemary. An excellent mix that makes the Sardinian Millefiori different from the Millefiori produced in other regions. Its flavor varies according to the production season and the plants from which the bees collect the nectar.
