Casa Bonaria extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids. Our olives are picked directly from the tree at the beginning of the ripening phase and rigorously selected to be processed in a latest-generation system with a continuous cold cycle. This is how an oil with a unique color and flavor is born, obtained purely from a variety of olives typical of our island: Tonda di Cagliari, Bosana and Semidana. The organoleptic characteristics and excellent level of acidity of our oil make it ideal for enhancing local gastronomy dishes and pairing with overseas flavors. Format in 5-liter tin.
