Extra virgin olive oil

Casa Bonaria extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids. Our olives are harvested directly from the tree at the beginning of the ripening phase and rigorously selected for processing in a cutting-edge continuous cold-cycle system. This produces an oil with a unique color and flavor, obtained purely from a variety of olives typical of our island: Tonda di Cagliari, Bosana, and Semidana. The organoleptic characteristics and excellent acidity of our oil make it ideal for enhancing local dishes and pairing with flavors from overseas. Available in dark, drip-proof bottles of 100 ml, 250 ml, and 750 ml.
