Citrus Honey

Citrus honey comes from the flowers of citrus plants: orange, lemon, mandarin, clementine, and bergamot. It is light to medium in color with orange highlights and a floral, citrusy aroma. It pairs excellent with dark chocolate and semi-mature or mature cheeses.
